Okay, which is it...a good day or a bad day?
Let's see, trying to dance to my Wii Just Dance, mom calls me to take her to bathroom. Later on the treadmill and she's down for her nap, she wakes and needs the potty chair. Forget the other exercise I was doing when she called me to pull her dress up on her shoulder. and then I know it was something she wanted while I was on my pedaler.
Maybe I should just give up exercising, but I did manage to get 110 min in!!! How did I manage that??? Oh yeah, if I start exercising just after her potty chair run, usuallyt around 7:00. then I know I'm good until she's ready to get up around 9:00.
Of course, it depends on how many times I get up with her during the might, I might be too tired to stay up at 7:00.
Shoot! Let's have a pity party Courti.
Being a caregiver can be frustrating but, I know one day I'll wish I had these interruptions.

Okay, I'm making a correction. Guess I was just too wound up the day I posted this. I did 71 min of cardio not 110. I did a total of 110 min of exercise. Sorry. I posted a separate blog to this affect.
