My expectations BLC 26

As a Hot Mocha Maniac, I expect to lose 20 pounds, I will eat breakfast everyday, and with the help of my teammates, I will be able to do this.

I expect to get toned and lose inches and get my BMI to a healthy 25, I have been there but not for a few years.
I really like the structure of the BLC, the WEC Weekend Challenge, LCW Last Chance Workout, and TNT which is my favorite!!

I have never been for Blogging so this is hard, I am sure I will add to more to it, as the BLC Goes on.

OH yeah Also,joined the BLC streakers which I will do this. It is working out for at least 20 min. A day for 5 a7 days!!

My 90 day Bikini Mommy Challenge

Well I did the fitness test!
WOW is all I could say
So here is day one:

1. Squats 30
2. Hi-knees 49
3. Push-ups 13 on knees and full and only went down a couple inches but I did SOME!
4. Squat Jumps 19
5. Tri-cep Dips 18
6. Burpees 5 NO emoticon
7. Alt. Lunges 8
8. Elbow Plank 50 Sec.

Let's see how well I do on Day 15

BLC break plan

Hey everyone!! Thanx for reading

My plan is to workout at least 5 days a week, at least one hour, doing different exercises cuz I get bored easy.
I love looking for exercises on The internet and have found lots of free sites, and free apps, so I will be using them, and Sparkpeople's exercise of the day!!

So I will keep the momentum going, even though I have not lost a lot my clothes are fitting better so that is a plus for me, and someone that I have not seen in a year said WOW you look great how much weight have you lost!!! I say COOL!!

    Great plan! I love youtube and get many of my daily workouts there. I've rediscovered my step bench and love it. Its funny looking at the old step workouts; especially those outfits ... lol!

My BLC 4 day meal plan

I will have Maltomeal in the morning, it has 100% of. What you need for folic acid!

Eat school lunch,

Salad for dinner

Tues-Fri

Maltomeal is delish not to expensive and it fillsme up. School lunches are ok and I can getin my 5 freggies.

BLC 25 Fitness Test Blog

Well I did push-ups on my knees and did 24 only went down about 6" but that will come!!
Crunches I did 26, I know my stomach will be killing me tomorrow, as well as my legs from the 3 Minute Step Test, of which I took 60 steps on a 12 inch step, my pulse count for the minute was 108.

I thought I was gonna die doing the step test LOL

have always hated push-ups, but I think I will do the 100 push up challenge again!
