Lately I have been busy busy busy!!! I have tried to keep up with food tracking but I have not always been consistent. I have not been interacting with my spark community either! I like my work and am happy to keep busy but I need to remind myself sometimes that this is something I do for ME - for my mental health, for my relaxation, for my support. Here's to trying to do it all
On a good note - according to my doctor I have lost 20 lbs in the last year! Woo Hoo!
