First time - lose weight for wedding - check
2nd time - lose weight for beach - check
Now - gained back most of the weight I lost in July just due to the Holidays and not working out...
My husband's whole family is going to Disney. My sister in-law is having another much loved grandchild. In fact, his parents are planning their whole trip around what the 2 year old wants to do. I figure as the only one who has not produced offspring - I can at least be the best looking one on a bathing suit.

    Go for it! Could you try the whole lifestyle change and commit to a better life for yourself, rather than an event? That's what really helped me to keep it off (hopefully for good, but it's been a good 3 years this time...) and I don't feel at all deprived....just fit and healthy.

I like to advise folks to do the fast break goal, just pick one thing to focus on, and get that habit going before the next focus. I think it really helps the mindset of making healthy habits rather than the diet/deprivation mentality

I would have said finishing school - but starting Monday I am taking the last class I need!!

No I would have to say dealing with stress well. When things don't go according to my plan I freakout and have to take time to "readjust". I also feel overwhelm by all that I have to do - so then I don't do anything.

1) when overwhelmed write it all down, number priority 1,2 or3
2) make a schedule with lots of time padding and STICK to it!

Day 16, 17, 18

Tuesday - I actually jogged today!!!! I can go for 10 minutes at a time (did 20 minutes total)!! Yoga class was great (moved due to make up class)- I will miss it - no more Thursday Yoga till September. Food was fine - I have to pack it all in the morning and have no choice but to stay on track.

Wednesday - Last day of working at school!! I got up at normal time and worked out AND I took my mat to school and did yoga for over an hour. Then....... I went out with people from work. Three beers and two shots later I came home to eat a veggie burger on swiss chard. While I drank too much, I successfully turned down the mozzarella sticks!

Thursday - first day to sleep in - to bad the pouring rain woke me up. Same nuts/raw grains/fruit breakfast that I've always had. I got to spend the morning working out - yoga, cardio, weights. But I feel guilty, now that I'm home all day there are so many other things I should be doing. I still don't know what to do for our 2 year anniversary!

For dinner I had to eat on the run - I need to eat dinner at 4 because of yoga class. I am usually home but had to get chicken food ( I had put it off too long and now they were almost out!). I went into Royal Farms but all of their sandwiches were meat or tuna! I ended up ordering off the breakfast menu and getting an egg sandwich. Not many food options for vegetarians!! But the day ended wonderfully with the BEST nectarine I've ever eaten. I bought one organic nectarine to eat on the way home from yoga class. It came from the store ripe and tasted like nectar!!!! I even saved a bite for my husband just so he could try it. Organic makes a difference.

Yoga continues to be wonderful. I loved how strong I felt last night. Training outside of class has made all of the difference. I kept waiting for yoga to get easier - I just needed to MAKE it easier!

Bootcamp up date - I like the 10 minute cardio videos for days I have yoga class, but I don't like the short weights/band videos. I find that they are not enough. Except the butt blasting one - it always gets me! This is the last week I'll do the bootcamp. I'm going to start switching between cardio and strength DVD's on different days.

Friday's food did not go as planned - I was away from home during my normal hungry hours - but I was at my Grandmother's house (with all of the candy and cookies) because I worked in the garden for 3 hours! I liked getting the garden chores done and out of the way on Friday. It's funny, I ate a 'Sweet & Salty' Granola Bar - I used to LOVE these, now they just taste way too sweet.
Saturday my husband and I splurged BIG time on a freezer - I like to freeze alot of produce from our garden and buy cheese in bulk at BJ's. We had been renting space in my mom's freezer. I also said no to eating anything at McDonalds - though not eating meat leaves few choices. But fries are still good! I tried a new recipe for dinner - alot of prep work and great sounding ingredients - but the dish its self was a flop. We are eating the leftovers with lots of hot sauce and parmesan cheese!
Sunday I weighed in. I only lost a pound in 2 weeks. I know, a loss is still a loss, but I was hoping for more. I want to lose 3 pounds in the next 2 weeks. I can work out more now that school is over on Wednesday. Yah for no work, Boo for no paycheck! In July I would also like to focus on eating Raw Foods.
