Here I am again - the start of a new year and at an all time weight high. However, with a new year comes new goals, new challenges and new experiences. This year I dream of inner growth - learning more about who I am, celebrating my accomplishments and the good decisions I've made and accepting my poor choices and disappointments.
Adding Balance, Discipline and 'Me Time' are my 2011 goals - lofty goals as I have none of all 3 right now!
My ultimate fitness goals include losing 50 pounds, running a half-marathon and waking up every morning wanting to work out...yes, I realize I may be dreaming with this one!
My goal for January 2011 - 10 pounds, 36 miles, 31 Boot Camp challenges, 12 exercise video sessions
My goal for Week 1 /Jan 1-7 -3 pounds, 9 miles, 7 Boot Camp challenges, 3 ex videos
