There was a bad storm a four baby robins fell out of there nest. We waited several days no mama robin came for them and were they chirping. We finally picked them up took them to a vet and he told us how to care for them. We look after them for 6 weeks. There 1st lived in a little shoe box with a heating pad, then we had to use a eye dropper with ground up worms, then when bigger the vet told us to get marbles and put them in a small dish of water so they would learn to look down for food they and worms. Next we learned to give them a shower with a spray bottle. Finally the vet told us to get a Big box and different size branches so they would learn how to hang on as they would start to fly. Then when we took them outside and would work on the garden they would sit on our shoulders. Slowly they left . It was a fun summer my children learned a lot about nature and taking care of God's creatures,

I love robins! Reminds me of home in Ohio! We see them when the migrate by the hundreds down to FL. They usually stop by in our community too!
