I love/hate that about ST (lol). I am up almost 10 lbs. since I re-started strength training on a regular basis again. But my clothes aren't getting tighter, and I can see more definition. Thanks muscle! :)

I love both pictures. But I love the body you have now better. More muscle tone for sure, and love the curves. Shows off that bikini nice. GREAT JOB!!!!!

In the first photo, I only weighed 150 pounds. By the second photo, I weighed 170 pounds, but also I have built a lot of muscle. I can't see a huge difference between the way I look in these photos, even though there is a 20 pound difference. Strength training can do that for you.
