I'm always fretting about crap that happened in the past, and I need to leave it there. But how?

If you keep track of how many times the past intrudes into just one day, you'll be astounded. You can't push anything out of your mind any more than you can push darkness out of a room. Instead you fill your mind with wonderful, happy, NOW thoughts, and the change will be as awesome as when you fill the room with light.
Also, you'll feel so much lighter when you've left behind all that baggage you've been carrying.
