My husband totally can't fit into a booth right now. Painful reminder. But how cool is it that you can and you look and feel so good!

I can totally relate to the booth thing! Some are ok, some...not so much! But I know I will get to the place where I don't need to worry about going to a new restaurant, because ALL booths will be fine! I just found your blog today. I joined SparkPeople about 2 years ago, but it seemed overwhelming with all the information. I am giving it a try again. Got back to my running this week. This morning was my second time out after 8 months of nothing, so I am starting back at the beginning. Today was 6 one-minute intervals, but I am happy to be out there again!
