I found this on someone elses sparkpage. Right click on it and select "send to", drop down list suggest email or send to file. I selected "file" I have a folder in documents for SP things. Place it there or where you know you can find it again. Then you can post it to your sp page. I also use it as my screen saver as a constant reminder. Good luck! Let me know if you have any trouble.
