I like this saying a lot. In fact, I often feel that I am rediscovering who I really am without all the distasteful labels like "sedentary" and "morbidly obese." That's why I love your username. That is what we are striving for...to become BEAUTIFUL WOMEN inside and out, in the eyes of others, but especially in our own eyes.
