I remember doing handstands against the wall (and the door, and my brother, and trees) when I was in grade school. I was NOT athletic at all, but I could do these things til the cows came home. Even my brother was impressed (which was really something for chunky little me to impress Mr. Athlete of the Family). Maybe once I get under 200 lbs I'll try them again. They really do shape up and strengthen your upper body and abs. Your mom makes me feel as if I really could do those again!!!
