Working Legs twice a week. Squats, leg press, calf raises, leg ext, leg curls, weighted lunges. + Cardio. I'm working from head to toe. I finaly realized how improtant it is to stay ballanced.

Just don't ignore your legs! So many guys build up their upper body and their legs wind up behind in the game.

This is me at 310. Trying to get down to 275 and start compeating...
