the pole actually didn't do much for my weight loss, it's more resistance training- my arms and abs got a bit tighter, in particular. And a confidence boost like you wouldn't believe!
The first 30 lbs came off just by eating right and walking 50 minutes a day, 6 times a week. The next 20 came off by jogging, taking gym classes, and the elliptical. I'll let you know how the last 15 go :)
