All I know is, I couldn't have had the successes I've had in SP if I hadn't "done what I was told:" ONLY start out exercising 10 minutes a day (& STILL only occasionally do 10 min. when I'm about to do none for that day), make small changes & most importantly, use the Nutrition Tracker & list everything I eat in a day--usually 3 meals & 3 snacks & MOST of it I list BEFORE I eat it, in case I need to make some adjustments (smaller portions, needing additional protein, etc.) And I REALLY love reading about the people who've had such incredible successes, seeing their 'before' & 'after' photos.
