I love this--I've always felt tea towels were too beautiful to be used in the kitchen!

I have seen other quilts made with these tea towels and they are just wonderful and a great way to display collections, family trips, special calendars and beautiful bird towels. Those tea towels used to be standard holiday gifts in our household. I wish I had them all now. Great job and very creative.

Is this quilt made with souvenier linen towels? It's a great idea and charming quilt.
