My DD who is 21 is pregnant now, and I try to tell her that it is SO hard to get fat off after having a baby, so the smart thing is NOT to put it on during the pregnancy. She's nearly 5 months now & has gained 16# so I tell her she really has to watch it from here on out. She's 5'9" so she has an advantage, but still I tell her it is SO hard to get it off later.
