I am sorry that you lost such a dear friend. I just wamted to tell you about my husband's therapy dog, Woody. He is a Golden Lab mix, and is a year old. My husband suffers from depression and Woody is very gentle and sensitive to his moods. He is also instrumental in taking my husband out of the house every day for a walk and away from the confines of the house. He plays with my husband and makes him laugh and enjoy himself. I don't know what we would do without him because he has made such a change in my husband's life. Just wanted to introduce you.

Hi, there! He was a beautiful dog - you must have lost a dear friend. My husband has a therapy dog for depression and he is the most gentle, sensitive dogI have ever met. He can sense my husband's moods and is very instrumental in getting him out of the house and moving about. I have never encountered a nicer dog. Just wanted to introduce Woody to you. Oh, by the way, he's a Golden Lab mix!

Beautiful doggy and sorry for your loss...I have a cocker that reached 17 & 1/2 on 6/14. She is deaf, blind and arthritic but still has a healthy appetite, wags her tail alot and gives lots of love. Even plays (albeit slowly) with our two jack russells once in a while. I know her time is very limited but cherish every day I have with her. emoticon

Rascal was a family member to always keep in your heart. We lost our golden a few years back and my Penny (chocolate lab) is my companion when the kids are nuts, my husband is just being a man or i am home alone working or sick Penny is always with me.
Rascal's spirit is always with you.
