wow thats amazing i hope i can do that too someday......am working on loosing weight its my second day i been to the gym my main concern is eating healthy which i have a hard time doing.....how do u avoid eating alot late at night and stay away from the vending machine.......carrots stick just isnt a snack for me because i tend to get sleepy in class and needs something sugary to stay awake....any advice will be appreciaed
