Ruth, your comment "the prison of obesity" is poetic and true. The jail cell is indeed a moving and thoughtful picture. I worked for many years with prisoners and others who made decisions they later regretted, not only about their criminal acts but also about their lives. Too many times we've heard people say, "If I only knew then what I know now." Well, the time is now and the decisions we make from this point on will affect the rest of our lives. Best wishes to you both for a successful journey.

Lou

This image is "deep!" It is definitley a choice we must make whether we want to live in a prison of obesity, self or bondage to worry, living in excess or anything else that keeps us imprisoned and bound.

Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
Galatians 5:1

God bless,
Ruth
