Wow. I love yoga but I have a hard time with some of those poses. That's great you can hold that pose! Will Power!

Thanks you guys are sooo sweet! I was a little embarrased to put this here because I was worried about my stomach. but finally I said, I'm doing the best I can and I'm proud of this pose! :-D
