That is sick I needed to see this YIKES!!!! I better keep this picture in my head so the next time I am tempted to over indulge I will fully know what it will turn into. A BLOB OF FAT!!!!!!!

Oh my gosh -- I know what 5 lbs of butter looks like, and I use to think of that when I lost a pound -- but, that is so REAL! I would eat the butter, but not THAT FAT thingy. Thank you for showing me there really is no difference. I'll keep this image forever. emoticon emoticon Merry Christmas

Definitely a motivation! Our gym has one of these "5lb of Fat' models. So yucky when you think about all that around your body.
