Sam weighs 22 pounds and the vet says he needs to watch it. So, he is trying to lose a few too!

I have a female that looks almost just like your cat. Except she's a small cat, around 12 lbs. But, the coloring is very close. She's a Lynx point Siamese. Is that what yours is?
