These are two specially made expedition kayaks with sliding seats that Julie and Colin Angus used to row from Scotland to Syria, his and her countries of origin. This shows them hooked together for camping on the water, when the shoreline is too dangerous, such as wild dogs in one of their campsites. They also carry a bike and boat trailer in each kayak to portage over land where rowing was impossible on their trip.
