So nice you have a twin sister. I would love to see you together here in 2010 or 11 LOL. I do not have any sisters, only two brothers who are nice, but not like a sister. congratulations on your tremendous weight loss. How are you doing now? I have found that as well as SP to help me, also OA is a great support to. I can use all I can get LOL. even tho people have tried to coach me is changing my settings, like now 45 pounds lost, I try to follow exactly what they say, but it still does not work. Oh well, at least I know the truth. LOL emoticon
