Thanks, GIMMEMORE204. I use 8-lb weights for bicep curls. I also work with a pilates trainer, who has me using various pieces of pilates equipment to improve shoulders and arms. I especially like what it does for my triceps.

barbara...you look great....how much weight are you using for arm workouts? do you do bicep curls and if so how much weight do you use? you should put a photo of you flexing those beauties...dont be shy show em off.

I'm having trouble finding your SparkPage, CFULLERTON1. So, I'll comment here. Hope you come back and read it. Pilates every week since the summer of 2004 is mainly what I did. . The instructor is fabulous, and she works with me a lot on arm strength training, as well as core muscles. SP has some good arm exercises, too. Seated chair raises are great for triceps. My skin was a little loose at first. So, I gave it time to tighten and filled it with as much muscle as I could. Good luck. You can improve yours, too.
