Finished 1st full marathon - Space Coast Marathon 2011 (still dead last!)
1st week with SparkPeople - down 5 lbs to 250
2 months - 234
Just over 6 months - 45 lbs. down
About 70 pounds down total (55 with SP) - my first 10K finish!
Dead Last Finish > Did Not Finish which greatly trumps Did Not Start!
