10/15/13 - at Disney World; a definite game-changer of a photo...
Made this last night for lunches for next two days--with quinoa pasta, comes to 407 calories. (Chicken sausage, peppers, and onions)
Nom. I wonder if anyone else has 'emergency mustard'...

3.5oz round steak marinated in EVOO, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, and pepper. With sautéed p&o and zucchini, and wilted spinach with garlic. Omgyum. Leftovers became breakfast and lunch wraps lol
This was a few nights ago--rainbow farfalline, peppers, onions, spinach, grilled chicken, and some diced up mozzarella string cheese lol
Penne with peppers and spinach, grilled chicken, garlic pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Dash of Pinot Grigio in there, too.
Feeling super empowered going into this week!!

I walk here every day on lunch, and today I figured out I can use this as a longer way to the parking lot, so it adds 1000 steps to my daily tracker!! Plus, it's beautiful out... 😊
