Really really desperate for a change in my life.. Hoping for a good daddy tomorrow. Today was.. OK. Just feeling tired. Been outside enjoying the sunshine all day! Day one: I'm back! Have had a crazy couple weeks but I'm back to get healthy, lose weight and encourage others along the way! Years ago I had developed a problem with my gallbladder, but I controlled the symptoms thru diet and exercise. Now, since I've let things go over these years things have gotten bad again.. I'm starting a low fast/fast free strict diet. I may have to have surgery but either way I'm taking back my health! I just had a nasty gallbladder removed.. What now?? Walked about 13,000 steps in 2 days which was gud for me! But I'm just getting started! Today was a great day! I feel really motivated and super proud of what I was able to get myself to do, which is alot more than usual. I really can feel a difference when I try & it feels wonderful! Yesterday I made chicken, brown rice and bellpeppers. Getting ready for a20 minute burst! Starting today off right! How is everyone else's day going? is so happy that I got a vivofit3!! Started my day off with a healthy breakfast and went for a mile long walk. (1 comments) Bought an iFit fitness tracker band today at Walmart for about 45$ (after 2 year warranty and taxes.) I set everything up with the app on my phone and did my 1st workout tonight!! I'm so psyched now!! (1 comments) Feeling optimistic about the new year, new week and my healthy goals! Here was my taco salad. I got a close up but I actually did great in potion control. #feelingproudofmyselftonight It's a great day to get refocused and inspired! You are your last line of defense. Don't be your own worse enemy. Never give up on your goals. Let's help one another reach our goals. It's alot more interesting that way don't you think? The seasons are changing. It's a great time to clear the mind and dig deep into a new routine! I haven't been able to be on here like I want 😔 Between my husband breaking his leg, the girls asthma acting up badly and now I'm sick, it's been really hard.
