I did good today!!! :). Well sleep last night wasn't awesome... But the rest is good.
Awesome to see so much green. The scale may not agree but I'm keeping on track!!
is mentally happy to have the scale behaving again. This is why I weigh in every day though--to keep a close eye on the TREND! Getting closer to 10lbs lost. :)
My Achilles tendons (L more than R) have totally decided to poop out. Rest, ice, Motrin....Boo. So frustrating. I do have these great ice packs though. One for each ankle!
