me at 221lbs - summer 2003
Hiding behind a rock - summer 2003.
At my heaviest (221 lbs), hiking was dangerous - I was happy to hike here at approx 200 lbs.
This is a shot of me at 221 lbs. DH at 230lbs. We've made some amaing changes.
Summer 2008, my weight started creeping up again - from 183 to 192. Time to get serious!
Significantly healthier and more fit at 183 lb - still needed a knee brace.
Probably around 210 - I know I'd lost some weight and was really happy in this lovely size 16 dress.
I'd worked hard to get to 183. Felt fantastic here at the amazing Hoover Dam.
Size 10 - probably about 170 lbs. Autumn 2008 - at my DDs wedding
Easter 2009 - 15lbs heavier than I am now. I would have stayed there but my body had other ideas.
10 to goal! At Tybee Island - our vacations now include a high level of activity... and it's FUN!
I'm a runner - who knew? Here at 15 lbs from current weight, I'm running 10km while on vacation.
Weekends are for exercise - riding 40 km into Toronto then home again on a sunny May Sunday.
