A Bucket List Item Accomplished! Formula One race in Austin, TX with my DH and cousins from Wales.
This is the small version of my motivational poster. It shows me at my goal weight only six years ago at time of writing - an achievable goal. It also shows people, places, and things I love - my family on vacation and me scuba diving, for instance. All of the pictures are personal ones - everything reminds me of adventures I have had and ones still to come. Being active is central to my enjoyment of life, so I must get myself back into shape for new experiences.
