My wall keep me motivated
When i want to give up , I look at how far i've come.
I make sure i eat breakfast every day.

Oct 12, 2013 I tried on my favorite pants size 18 , I was shock !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Juin 2013 down to 185 lb. Go to the gym 3X a week

Later 2008 didn't like the way i look.
Still 2008 i started loosing .Bestfriend was getting married, was trying some dresses.
2009 My Bestfriend's Wedding the previous dress i got couldn't fit me, i was at my heaviest 230 lb
2011 still trying to loose without exercising , i was 190 lb.
