Started my day off strong. Ended up poorly. I’ve analyzed it & know that I could have made better choices! It’s time to work on MY WHY. Set some goals, keep pressing on. Giving up is not an option.

Pain levels have been high this week. ☹️ Back to the drawing board. I’m researching how to reduce inflammation and came across “The Stash Diet”. Also found some great info at furtherfood.com. SUGAR seems to be enemy #1 for inflammation. Going to keep learning and pressing on. Health is my ultimate goal, the weight loss follows.... These people of mine are my reason to never give up. My reason to be non negotiable..I’m alive & there’s a reason, so ONWARD!
