NSV I lost 1/2 inch off my calves. My rain boots slid on with ease today!

It's a Monday! I discovered my dryer is broken and it took me a hour to dry one shirt for work. Tea is my breakfast so far. I will eat when I get work.
It's going to be difficult day getting ready to leave for a funeral of dear friend. He was amazing person. He was a solider, sheriff and most of all great friend and mentor to many. RIP Chris..

Boring breakfast..but it a nsv for me. A few months ago I would not have eaten breakfast because I was scared of the extra calories. Now I eat something everyday because my job is physically demanding.

NSV! I have doing squats a lot! I normally wear a size 14 jeans but they other day I fit into a size 12. I have not been in a size 12 since I was in the army!

Lately I have been starving in the morning. Tonight I thought I would have some extra protein poached eggs.

Getting ready for work and I am not going to aplogize or worry about taking up space after a coworker called me fat. I am gaining muscle and I am down two sizes.
Chocolate banana protein shake.
After three weeks of my scale showing a gain and even my tape measure showing I was gaining inches. I took my measurements this morning and I have lost two inches off my waist!
I think I need a gentle reminder of this message.
