My montra for the next few days.
#keto lunch: hard boiled eggs, roasted garlic mayo, smoked salmon and olives on top. Too lazy to make "real" deviled eggs, so I just top them.
A favorite quick egg drop soup made #keto friendly by adding some butter to the stock (homemade) and topping with some avocado.
#keto snack. I ate this before remembering to take a picture. Salami rounds, cream cheese and Kalamata olives. Yummy!
#keto lunch: tuna melt on cloud bread with cheese served with greens and olive oil. (I usually mix olive oil with lemon juice, a garlic clove, lemon pepper and salt for a "Greek vinaigrette")

I've had a few days recently where I needed this reminder.

Heading out for my walk, hubby snaps a pic. I realize the camera angle is a bit low, but am happy with the results. Thank you #keto. Down 30 pounds in 3 mo. And content with various camera angles.
My #keto lunch: 3 oz sirloin pan fried with butter (pan drippings included) topped with a little blue cheese, avocado, and broccoli with homemade ranch. And a pickle spear because I love them. Yummy!
#Keto craving pizza and needing some more food for the day. Made pepperoni pizza rounds. Applegate Farms makes large pepperoni slices, a smudge of tomato paste, green olive slices, and cheese. Microwaved until melty. Pepperoni get a bit crispy. Delicious!
Strategically taken to convince myself that I "carry the extra weight well."
