This is a picture from the end of summer 2010. I was at around 170lbs. (my best weight of the year)

Here I am in the (hopefully) near future at 144lbs. This is my motivation!
When we moved to Montana I was about 210lbs.
after 6 months of dieting and working out. I cant believe those are MY shoulders!
