Lunch today: spring mix with pear, strawberry, goat cheese, dried cranberries, walnuts and balsamic vinaigrette.
Back in the groove with green smoothies.
Veggie flatbread at Dunkin's. Hard to resist a donut but I did it!
Excited about my clearance rack Yoga socks!
Breakfast at my desk: Instant Quaker Oats made with skim milk. Banana for later. Happy Monday!
Kind of boring today! Turkey on wheat with a touch of Boar's Head Gourmaise. And carrots.
Ran later than normal so it was Lean Cuisine Butternut Squash Ravioli and a simple salad. Got in 5 servings of fruits and veggies today, woot!
Finally! A 10k step day!
Starting off with oats again! Yesterday was a good day. I stayed within my calorie goal range, I got in 5 servings of fruits/veggies, I drank a liter of water, and I got in 10,000 steps. Gotta keep going! Have a great Tuesday everyone!
One skillet supper: turkey sausage, broccoli, red pepper, onion and brown rice.
Trying to get back on track this week!
My workplace wellness program is kicking off a Step Challenge and a Hydration Challenge. Hoping this will get me on track. Swapping out my second cup of coffee with water!
