Bad news...I'm posting the reality of a 44.5 pound regain. Good news...I've lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks.
Atkins Day Uno: Cheese omelette with green dragon hot sauce. Had a string cheese before I hit the gym. So far, I've used up 3 net carbs.
First Atkins dinner...ginger soy grilled pork rib and cauliflower fried "rice". Ate 4 fried chicken wings for lunch, forgetting the flour coating. Fortunately they are only 1 carb each. So far today, 10 net carbs.

Today, Dr. Jennifer Ashton explained on GMA this morning that obese people that lose weight begin to regain all or more of their weight at the two year mark. And it has nothing to do with will power, but it is a harmonal and metabolic issue, your body fighting to get back to its starting weight. This made my day. After 110 pound weight loss, I've regained 45. But it's been 5 years! I am fighting my body every day, and winning!!
