Starting Weight: 203lbs May 2011
On my way to the gym. New year, new me. Instead of worrying about losing a certain amount of pounds, I'm going to work towards creating healthy habits that lead to weightloss. January's goals: 1. Cut dairy 2. Reduce sugar intake 3. Gym at least 3x a week. What are some of your goals? Good luck everyone!
This is my starting weight. My goal is to lose 50 by the end of the year.
