Really... I'm standing on Lambeau Field...
day 33 of my streak for "Exercise for at least 10 minutes per day" earned 1/16/2015
Starting off my day with an (over) poached egg, spinach, ham and toast. Oh. And coffee.
Hit the vending machine.
::whew:: Where would I be if I had actually made it to the gym?
And I don't care what my husband says... Walking in place to get that extra 800 steps in is not cheating.
And I managed not to fall off the elliptical. Hooray!!!
It was a rest day. Yeah. Let's go with that.

Packed a breakfast and all my snacks. Forgot lunch. Hooray for co-workers bringing something in for everyone.
I only have time to eat one thing... Should it be my cottage cheese or salad??? I know! Both!!!

At a conference. Eating rich all week. Taking it easy today.
I think I need to update my goals. I had surgery and started new meds in November. Fairly certain that has something to do with this.
Spinach/Spring mix with chicken, feta, walnuts, craisins and raspberry merlot dressing.
