Small banana + 1/2 oz. walnuts. All time favorite protein bar - Quest Nutrition. 20-21 grams protein in every bar and < 1 gram of sugar. Hi fiber too. And soooooo delicious to boot!! (1 comments) So "steady as she goes" but consistent portion & nutritional control, strength + cardio exercise overcame the slide I spiraled into upon last summer's breast cancer diagnosis. Eating, drinking and general sloth was how I managed the anxiety, resulting in almost 25# weight gain. By the grace of God it was very early stage w/ no spread (and no chemo) so am fully recovered and strong at 65 yrs old!
