Love my Vibram 5 Fingers!! Yesterday's Fitbit stats. Post workout lunch: 3 oz (low fat) tuna salad, 5 baby carrots, 6 grape tomatoes, <1/4 avocado, 3 Triscuit crackers. Yummy and surprisingly filling & satisfying!!
Thursday's step stats - my peak. Yesterday's Fitbit stats Lite & healthy lunch: 2 oz. barbecue salmon, < 1/4 avocado, broccoli slaw w/ 1 tsp. fresh slaw dressing, 5 grape tomatoes. SO tasty!! Pre-workout fuel: snack. Small banana + 1/2 oz. walnuts. All time favorite protein bar - Quest Nutrition. 20-21 grams protein in every bar and < 1 gram of sugar. Hi fiber too. And soooooo delicious to boot!!
