So I couldn't decide what to do today cloudy rainy I walked around home with the dogs really just strolled worked on obedience sit, come I got in 3.58 miles though
39 min upper body weight on fitness blender 3 mile bike ride drizzly chilly wet sand when i stopped mosquitos attacked . Noseeums got me at Lynches River Friday and they haven't finished healing I turned my behind around came home!

Went to Huntington beach park had a ball you all!☀️🐊🌴 jog 4.5 for 1/2 m training walked about 4 barefoot on the beach I even got sunburn not bad tho crowd not bad

Rested yesterday set best time for 5 k today of 51 min at 16:23 pace also did lower body and ab workout with wharton active isolated stretches

Made homemade pumpkin pie latte oh my goodness it was soooo good! And it's in my beautiful cup which was a gift What's great is it takes way too long to fix to overdo on these
Legs are jelly long way to where I was but I am on my way🏃🏾
