So I couldn't decide what to do today cloudy rainy I walked around home with the dogs really just strolled worked on obedience sit, come I got in 3.58 miles though 39 min upper body weight on fitness blender 3 mile bike ride drizzly chilly wet sand when i stopped mosquitos attacked . Noseeums got me at Lynches River Friday and they haven't finished healing I turned my behind around came home!

Went to Huntington beach park had a ball you all!☀️🐊🌴 jog 4.5 for 1/2 m training walked about 4 barefoot on the beach I even got sunburn not bad tho crowd not bad
