One of my go to snacks when I'm too busy to sit and eat. Sippable Protein, Fiber and Omega 3s! Was happy to have one of these on hand today.
Another sippable solution to get me to my goals on this non-stop day. Jus 1 gram away from my fiber goal and in need of some protein. Perhaps a piece of fish and a veggie for dinner?
