I just wanted to say Thank You! To everyone who commented on my post yesterday. It helped tremendously with everything. I almost hit 10k steps, I walked for 2 1/2 miles, I drank my water and was a little more conscious of what I ate. One day at a time, I'm working on it. It's just difficult when you feel like you aren't making any noticeable progress.
While walking around the park playground with my youngest daughter we discovered that wild blackberries were growing everywhere!! It's the little things.
When your muscles are sore do you work out again or let them rest a day? I'm on the fence right now.
