Six weeks to see who can lose the biggest %. I love a competition, so I am ALL in! Plus, it got me back on Spark! Eat smaller portions in general; 2. Eat every few hours to avoid overeating; 3. Use my spin bike at least 10 minutes every day; 4. Lose weight (even if it is just .1 lb) each week; 5. All week I have been controlling my portions of unhealthy foods, eating more healthy ones, tracking everything I eat, and trying to eat every few hours. Apparently, it is working!!! Down 3lbs and the clear winner for the week! I only lost .8 lbs, but the other girls gained! Tomorrow is the halfway point (week 3) and I hope I post a loss! On the bright side, I did spin for 1 hr and 4 min tonight (my longest ride in almost a year)!!! Final weigh-in/results from our workplace weightloss challenge: Week 1 of our workplace weightloss challenge, round 2: A more honest shot of my current weight (obese) My new starting point, around 245. Out with Dolly, and she's now the skinny one! Me, 4 years ago, at 142 lbs, my goal weight. Where I want to get. Me, 2 years ago, at 165 lbs, when I thought I was huge. Oh, to be there again!
