I know I have it in me to lose the weight and be healthy and happy.
Sitting here at lunch and planning my weekend. I need to keep to my plans and not get distracted.
Woo-hoo. Weather is gorgeous today. My daughter and I went for a little walk.

Mentally I told myself I'd start again on 5/1. Totally changed that today. Went on a 1.88 mi walk with one of my daughters and tracked about 80% on my food intake.
Any easy ways to cut carbs?
Haven't hit all 4 goals in a long time. I got out and enjoyed the fresh air for about an hour this evening.
