My workout calendar for April. I was sick for a lot of it, unfortunately. :(
The "Closet"... lol My co-workers laugh everytime I say I'm going into the closet on my breaks :P
When the universe laughs hysterically at my effort to lose weight... (this is my current view at work - counter in front of my desk :/)
Me and my cake yesterday. Just turned 45 years young. I weigh 184 lbs.
For those of you who don't like long workouts: I workout in a small storage room at work on every break (2-3 times a day) - nothing too crazy; 10-15 minutes each time. It's just enough to get me away from sitting at my desk all day. I have a really bad neck injury, so I do basic stuff: alternating between low impact cardio, fitness walking, weights, and resistance bands. Here is this month's calendar. A bit messy, but colorful! :P Hoping to fill next month a bit more with evening workouts too!
