Breakfast time! Toast with natural peanut butter, and an apple. Yum!
Turkey wrap with hummus and veggies. A serving of wheat thins on the side.
Stir Fry veggies, grilled chicken, and cottage cheese.

Higher calorie pot pie. I''m only eating this to get it out of the freezer.
Ham, brown rice, and green beans.
Toast, 2 TBSP peanut butter, and an apple.
Cheese quesadilla with brown rice.
Cream of wheat with blueberries.
BBQ, coleslaw, and carrots.
Afternoon snack: cheese quesadilla with salsa & a smidgeon of sour cream.
