He did 3 sets, I did 1! OUCH! I'm feelin this!!! is is is is I promised myself a workout today and foot decides I can't put pressure on it today. So no REFIT. Bummer. However, I can do seated exercises like an ab workout, stretching, and some yoga poses. There is always a way! wants you to is watching her habits today!
